“Little gem” in Tremont that is tucked away – but with a wonderful view of downtown Cleveland across the valley. The ambiance is a wonderful hip casual as Fat Cats operates out of a converted house with wood floors, warm colors and cool paintings.

This homey little café and neighborhood icon was destroyed in 2004 by a fire but has reestablished itself in this location quite nicely. Larger and adored more now than ever. The menu resembles the original grumpy’s style with fresh, “feel good” ingredients in Cleveland-style comfort food. Breakfast all week and brunch over the weekend. Lunches include affordable, healthy portions that vary from comfort food to daily fresh fish specials that will get you out quickly.
